 Delivery Options & Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order weight:

  • Standard Delivery: ~4 working days

  • Express Delivery: ~3 working days

  • Priority Delivery: ~2 working days

 Note: Delivery times may vary for remote or rural locations.

 Packaging & Handling

Every Rug Bliss order is:

  • Carefully packaged using eco-friendly materials to ensure safe delivery

  • Discreetly shipped for added privacy

  • Delivered with the utmost care to your home, ready to add comfort and style

 Gifting? Add a personalized message or opt for luxury gift wrapping at checkout.

Orders with multiple items may be combined into a single shipment unless requested otherwise.

 Delivery Schedule

Delivery Days: Monday to Friday
No Deliveries: Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays

Order Cut-Off Time:

  • Orders placed before 1 PM will ship the same business day

  • Orders placed after 1 PM will ship the next business day

  • Remote Areas: May require additional delivery time or incur extra fees

  • Missed Deliveries: Redelivery charges may apply if you're unavailable to receive your order

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue swiftly and gracefully
