1. Who we are

2. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is received, and we will send you a confirmation email. We may cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues, and will refund you in full if we do.

3. Pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes where required. We may correct pricing errors at any time. International customers are responsible for any import duties or local taxes.

4. Shipping and delivery

We ship to the address provided at checkout. Estimated delivery times appear at checkout and in our Shipping policy. If we are unable to deliver, we will offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.

5. Returns and refunds

Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unused condition. Full details are in our Return and Refund policy. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

6. Product quality

Every rug is checked before it ships, and our photography represents colours and textures as accurately as screens allow. Because our rugs are handmade, slight variation in size and colour is normal and not a defect. Our warranty does not cover ordinary wear, misuse, or damage from pets or improper care.

7. Payments

Full payment is required at checkout. We accept major cards and the other secure payment methods shown at checkout.

8. Support and complaints

If something is not right, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We aim to respond promptly and will resolve valid issues through replacement, repair, or refund.

9. Liability

We are not liable for delays or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural events, carrier delays, or supply interruptions.

10. Changes to these terms
