 Eligibility for a Refund

You may request a return or refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your order if:

  • You notify us within this time period

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

 Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
  Custom or made-to-order items
  Final sale, clearance, or heavily discounted products
  Items marked as non-returnable at checkout

 How to Request a Return

To begin your return, please contact our support team with:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

Our team will assess your return request and may ask for further details if needed.

Return Instructions

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • Shipping instructions

  • The return address

 Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Refund Issuance

Once the returned item has been received and approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  •   Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

 Important Notes

  • All returns must be pre-approved and in original condition with original packaging

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or damaged

  • Returns received in poor condition or showing signs of wear may be declined
