How do I pick the right size?
For a living room, aim for the front legs of your sofa and chairs sitting on the rug — usually a 160x230 or larger. For a bed, leave 50–60cm showing on each side. Runners suit hallways and kitchens. Send us your room dimensions and we'll suggest a size.
What are your rugs made of?
Mostly natural fibres — wool, cotton and jute. Wool is warm and naturally stain-resistant; cotton is light and washable; jute brings texture and handles busy spaces. Each product page lists its exact composition.
How long does shipping take?
Free over $99, usually 5–9 business days with a tracking link sent at dispatch.
What's your returns policy?
30 nights to decide. If it's not right we arrange a free pickup and refund you — no restocking fees.
How do I clean and care for it?
Vacuum on low suction, rotate every few months for even wear, and blot spills straight away with cold water. A specialist clean once a year keeps it looking new.
